Bill Petree, our senior pastor, is an “armor bearer” at heart. He sees himself as the shoulders that others will stand on to see farther than he can see on his own. Bill is committed to restoring identity and value in others as he depends on the Spirit of God to restore that which is fallen, both in himself and in others. He strikes a good balance by highly valuing the Word of God while relying upon the Spirit of God to authentically instill grace and truth. Bill and Heather highly value the experiential presence of God contended for through worship and prayer. Whenever possible, he loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and children.

Heather Petree is an anointed songwriter who loves to lead worship on Sunday mornings along with her team. She also leads Women’s Ministry and is passionate about seeing people find opportunities to understand and grow in their gifts and calling. They have 3 children, Cheyenne, who is in college, Gabe, who is in Junior High, and Eden, a happy and lively 5 year old. Heather enjoys playing and listening to jazz, spending time at the beach, going for drives, and having adventures with her kids. She also loves chatting over coffee, shopping, and hosting people in her home.

Vance Madron, our Executive Pastor, oversees facilities and financial operations, as well as  Men's Ministry and Sozo, an inner healing ministry. He loves the Word of God and is a gifted pastor/teacher and mentor. He has been married to his amazing wife, Jill (our Nursery and Pre-school Director), for 31 years and together they have 3 adult sons, and are now delighting in their first granddaughter. Vance is a huge sports fan. He is also known for being able to name-that-tune in any genre of music, especially from the 60’s-70’s, and don’t even get him started on old hymns!

Marjie Clark is our Administrative Pastor, and enjoys providing administrative support to our pastoral team. Her love for the Word of God and ability to bring it to life as she teaches is a blessing to the congregation. She also creates our weekly bulletin, which you will receive when you come in the doors on a Sunday morning. She loves to read, write (she’s written a series of vignettes on The Women Jesus Loved), and spend time with her grandchildren, especially at the beach.
